What helps joints?
Joint pain can damage a person's relationship with their family, friends, and themselves when it rules out things they want to do. It creates difficult situations and those who have joint pain often look for ways to get out of it, hoping to regain their life. The solution often comes in bottles or pills. Reading the ingredients list on one of those bottles can quickly become confusing. Knowing what's in a remedy can make it seem a lot less scary and significantly more approachable.
There are two main ingredients in joint pain relievers. The first is often chondroitin sulfate, a sugar that was first found in the 1960's. Studies were made in the 1980's to test its ability to fight joint pain. It was reported to increase mobility and decrease pain. Patients also required anti-inflammatories less often. Today, it's extracted from shark and beef cartilage or bovine trachea. The other benefits include chronic bladder inflammation relief, heart attack prevention, and enhanced iron absorption. Chondroitin sulfate, often used in conjunction with glucosamine, fights osteoarthritis, the loss of elasticity within the cartilage in joints.
Glucosamine is another sugar which is naturally found in the body. It's made when glucose and amino acid glutamine are combined, and it's a key component in glycosaminoglycan. The final sugar is what's used to form and repair cartilage. This halts the affects of osteoarthritis. The glucosamine targets especially osteoarthritis found in the knees. It is occasionally used to combat rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and skin conditions.
Though not a primary contender in joint health, vitamin B complex can also be found in the solution. B complex is often found in grains, particularly the husk of the grain. This means that while cereal, wheat, and barley often is packed full of it, polished rice is not. Vitamin B complex is an umbrella term that covers all of the B vitamins, which are the following: thiamine, which converts carbohydrates into energy, particularly for the brain, nervous systems, and muscles, riboflavin, which promotes body growth and red blood cell production, niacin, which lowers cholesterol, pantothenic acid, which aids the metabolism, pyridoxine, which strengthens the immune system, biotin, which aids in hair and nails health, folic acid which fights degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's, signs of aging, weak bones, and depression, and cobalamins, which promotes bone growth and a healthy reproductive system. Not only do these vitamins benefit one's bones and joints, but also an overall healthy body, especially when used with other vitamins.
Other vitamins can be found in the liquid joint health potion sold at gojiberries.us. There is horsetail, which is a plant that's used to prevent kidney and bladder stones, tuberculosis, jaundice, hepatitis, brittle fingernails, osteoporosis, and osteoarthritis. Collagen is added for its benefits in connective and supportive tissue in skin, bone, tendons, muscles, and cartilage. Finally, zinc is in every bottle, stimulating around 100 enzymes within the body and promoting growth and development. Put together, all of these reinforce different parts of body, but most importantly, healthy joints.
While joint pain may not be the biggest problem in every life, it certainly becomes a big problem in some lives. It doesn't have to be a problem, though. Searching for a solution may be difficult when the ingredients look foreign, so read about them to know what's being ingested, especially if it might create more complications.
