Most of us know what health benefits goji berry have but there is contest whether which type is more beneficial. As each individuals need and want is different, there is no perfect answer as which type of berry would benefit more. The following are the two most preferred types that show which type of goji will work for you the best.
Dried Goji Berry: Dried goji berry is perhaps one of the most multipurpose forms of the goji berries. One can eat it raw or can have it with a recipe. The benefit of having it raw like any other fruit is it does not lose its nutrition value like in case of goji berry juice.
Goji Berry Juice: Most Folks know goji by Goji Juice since Goji berry has become a household name. Beside that Goji juice has conveniences of its own that the dried goji berries do not. One can simply crush it in blender; add milk or other dairy product to get the full serving. You donít need to be bothered about anything getting caught in your teeth like with goji fruit.
