Are Goji's Really Good for you?

Many people are still skeptical about taking goji berries because of the lack of tests here in the US. Well now that goji berries have been in the spot light for so long, many tests are being conducted. One of these test was done by  Amagase H, Nance D. Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, 2008. This test showed that after consuming 120 mL of goji berry juice—equivalent to 150 g of fresh
gojis—daily for two weeks, 50% of the subjects experienced significant
increases in athletic performance, sleep quality, mental focus and
calmness. In addition, nearly 60% of those drinking goji juice reported
feelings of good health, contentment, and happiness. More tests are needed to prove more of the goji berries many benefits, but this test shows that goji berries are for real and they do help.
