Goji berries high in Antioxidants
Antioxidants are very good for the body. An Antioxidant is a molecule that has the ability to slow or prevent completely the oxidation of other molecules hence the name antioxidant. With this ability they have garnered much praise as being able to slow down the body’s aging process among other things. Many people consume antioxidants everyday without knowing it, that’s because they are more commonly known as vitamins, some anyway. Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E are all antioxidants. There are various other molecules that are also antioxidants but these are the ones people are more familiar with. Goji berries contain a higher amount of antioxidants then 90% of the food products on the market.
