Fast Food and Pill Popping Generation

 

  In this day and age many people have become a custom to the Fast Food lifestyle. Not only do we have this philosophy for our food but it has also become habit for the way we treat our health. Who can't say that when they get sick the first thing they think about is seeing the doctor and receive a prescription for pills that will cure us. Now I would not argue that modern medicine has not saved many lives, but I do think many people rely on pills to fix problems that could be avoided by just simple health maintenance.
